are proud to announce they have partnered to form Wastewater
Recycling Solutions. Wastewater Recycling Solutions is a full
service company that provides evaluation, design, construction
management, and operation of wastewater facilities. What sets
us apart from other companies is that we also offer our customers
disposal of waste material from production and byproducts and/or
sludges that are produced in wastewater treatment processes.
Our primary focus is to assist companies in the dairy and food
processing industries identify alternatives to improve wastewater
discharges. |

| American Eagle Enterprises has worked with professors
at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Animal Science Department,
to identify and analyze the composition of dairy and food processing
waste streams. The constituents vary greatly but many can be
utilized in other industries. American Eagle Enterprises has
developed techniques to separate the various components in order
to maximize their potential uses. They are continually developing
new markets that can benefit from these products. |

| Wastewater Recycling Solutions will come to your
plant for a tour of your facility. We will observe your operations
in order to determine if there are ways to improve the wastewater
discharge from your facility.
In preparation for our visit, we request that each plant provide
us with a basic layout of the facility. We will also need copies
of water/sewer bills and monthly/quarterly wastewater testing
results for the preceding 2 years prior to our visit.
Our goal is to help each plant improve its wastewater discharge.
